When placing an order, you will be asked to provide your Youtuber name, Discord username, and email address. You may also upload a Minecraft skin file. This information is used to process your order and deliver the product.

All prices are listed in USD. Pricing may change at any time without prior notice. Payment is processed through our secure checkout system. You agree to provide accurate billing information.
5Intellectual Property
All products, content, and materials on MineProductions are the intellectual property of MineProductions unless otherwise stated. You may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of any purchased products without explicit written permission.
6Usage Rights
Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital product for personal or channel-related use. Commercial redistribution is prohibited unless explicitly agreed upon.
7Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not available. However, if you experience a technical issue with a product, please contact us via Discord and we will work to resolve the issue.
